Asian restaurant Musume to take over Sushi Marquee space in The Star

 

The authentic Asian restaurant Musume is making plans to open a new location inside The Star. 

 

What's on the menu: According to a news release, Musume is an authentic Asian restaurant that offers sushi and sashimi made with fresh fish flown in daily from Japan as well as:

  • Small and large plate meals
  • Vegetarian and vegan dishes
  • Salads
  • Tempura
  • Tableside ramen noodles
  • Six-or-eight course Omakase curated daily

What else: The restaurant will be spread across 6,000 square feet and offer both indoor and outdoor seating areas β€œthat merge Texas elements with Japanese aesthetics,” including a private Tatami room, multiple bar areas, tree installations, chiseled stonework and more. Construction is already underway at the restaurant space, according to the release. Another detail: The Musume location will move into an empty space left vacant when the restaurant Sushi Marquee closed in early January.
